Return and Refund Policy

At Fortress tech, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
It must be in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Items not eligible for return include:
Opened software or digital products
Gift cards or vouchers
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued via mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfer, or original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for free return shipping unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged. Please use a trackable courier service.
